Bavarian pie with oranges

Ingredients: Cake dough:, eggs, butter, sugar, salt, baking powder, flour, Curd layer, cottage cheese, egg, salt, vanillin, cornstarch, sugar, Streusel, butter, sugar, flour, vanillin, oranges

Cooking method:

First, prepare the streusel. Grind flour, butter, sugar, vanillin into crumbs.

The second step is preparing the curd mass. Mix cottage cheese with egg, sugar, salt, vanilla and starch.

Preparing orange slices. Peel the orange from the peel and film.

For the cake: Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy. Add softened butter, mix. Add baking powder and flour. Mix until smooth.

In a deep mold, greased with oil, put the dough for the cake. With the second layer, gently smooth the curd mass. So that two different layers do not mix. Put the orange slices on the curd. Top evenly with streusel.

Bake at 180° for about 1 hour. Maybe a little longer, depending on the oven. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Cool the cake to stabilize the curd layer. Happy tea!
