Ingredients: flour, starch, starch, room temperature butter, powdered sugar, protein, salt, vanilla paste, thick jam

Cooking method:

In a mixer, beat soft butter with powdered sugar until creamy.

Add protein and beat again.

Add flour, starch, salt and vanilla paste. Mix well.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with an open star tip and pipe small cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Approximately 2.5-3 cm in diameter.

Make a well in the middle of each and fill with jam, too, using a small pastry bag.

Bake in preheated oven at 180°t for about 20 minutes until nicely golden. Or focus on your oven.
