Cooking method:
I cook the beets in an aikuk stewpan, so I immediately wash the beets, clean them and three on a grater for Korean carrots. I put aikuk in a saucepan, add 40 gr. water and wait for the water lock to work, and cook for 10 minutes. With this method of cooking, more vitamins and nutrients are preserved in vegetables and it is fast and healthy. If there is no aikuk stewpan, you will have to cook the beets for 40-50 minutes as usual, and then grate them.
