Today I want to share a recipe for Cream Buns (Sinabones). This is the height of bliss for baking lovers, I am not exaggerating at all, they are really delicious in taste and with a magical aroma. I will not argue that these are world-famous sinabon buns, but I will say one thing, they taste little different from those sold in cafes. When I cooked them for the first time, it was about 5 years ago, my husband was very surprised and said that now these are his favorite buns. Since then, I have often cooked for family tea.

Recipe:
For the test:
Milk -300ml.
Dry yeast - 7g. (or raw 15g)
Sugar -100gr.
Eggs -2pcs
Butter -80 gr.
Flour -600g.
Vanillin - 1 pack
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
For filling:
Sugar -70g.
Cinnamon -16-40 gr
For the cream:
curd cheese -220g.
butter -60 gr.
icing sugar -70 gr.
COOKING METHOD
First, let's prepare the bun dough. Pour milk into a large bowl, break eggs, sugar, salt, vanillin, soft butter.
Mix everything until smooth.
We measure 600 grams of flour and add dry yeast 7 grams mix, Now add the sifted flour in 2 steps, knead the dough with a dough mixer nozzle. The dough should move away from the walls when kneading, if it seems liquid, you can add more flour. I added another tablespoon. flour., the dough should slowly slide off the kneader. (Or knead the dough with your hands)
Let the dough rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place.
Now we put it on the table, crush it.
Put 70 grams of sugar in a bowl, add 40 grams of cinnamon, you can add less, I'm not a special lover of cinnamon, but in such buns it bothers me, but on the contrary I really like it.
We mix.
Roll out into a layer, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
We wrap the roll.
We fix the edge.
We cut them into buns, so these buns are obtained.
Put on a baking sheet at a distance from each other, let stand for 5-10 minutes and put in the oven, bake for 30-35 minutes.
While the buns are baking, prepare the cream.
Put soft butter 60 grams, curd cheese 240 grams, powdered sugar 70 grams and beat with a mixer.
Grease hot buns with cream and leave to cool completely.
Airy, lush and so fragrant, you don't even have to call anyone for tea, everyone will gather themselves for a scent from the kitchen.
