Good day, losing weight!

Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.

I go directly to the menu.

My breakfast consisted of two eggs and egg sandwich on whole wheat bread (30 g) with soft cheese (10 g) and chicken pastrami (40g) under green tea.

Breakfast - it's time to take vitamins and omega-3 capsule.

For breakfast, it turned 410 kcal.

After breakfast, I plunged into work and come off just a snack, during which time I finally - the fully tried banana ice cream, which is cooked for a long time. All my already naprobovalis one I did.

Glass of homemade ice cream 120g brought me to snack 110 kcal. The top has dropped a few cherries.

Well, when there is a soup made for a few days, which you can safely warm and eat, without being distracted by cooking and not spending a lot of time.

After lunch, I decided to finally try out the recipe okoloPP cake. Cooking took a total of 45-50 minutes of baking which my presence and active action took about 15 minutes.

Well, how can I not try it a miracle that I got?

70 g cake with green tea - 155 kcal.

Dinner today we can say festive wedding anniversary.

For dinner I cooked chicken breast, baked with cheese (soft cheese used Caucasian (type suluguni or cheese, but softer: and fairly low in calories) with mushrooms and onions.

120 breast and vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, bell pepper and balsamic) - 200 g brought me around 250 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1210 kcal.

I drank normal water (30 ml per 1 kg of body weight).

During cooking to be done squats and leg exercises.And after dinner, we went for a walk in the woods.

Evening time devoted skin will not forget to take care of it with scrubs, use hard sponges, douche, cream with the addition of vitamins A and E. And to remind you about skin care! Do not forget about it, if you do not want to end up sagging bag on his stomach.
