Cooking method:
Mix in a small bowl the egg, flour, butter, sugar, kefir, vanilla sugar, add finely chopped nuts and a piece of chocolate, mix everything thoroughly and put in the microwave for 3 minutes at full power. I have a 700 watt microwave. Do not put in a cup, the dough will rise and may spill over the edge. I've had such a bad experience...
After three minutes, the cake is completely ready, light, porous, well removed from the mold. Immediately I poured it with strawberry syrup.
I mixed sour cream with sugar until the latter dissolved and poured the cupcake on top. Decorated with nuts. Happy tea!
