Ingredients: minced pork and beef, onion, balls (according to the number of meatballs) Mozzarella cheese, seasonings for meat, garlic, tomatoes, salt, ground black pepper, herbs (parsley), egg, vegetable oils, flour
Cooking method:
Put minced meat in a bowl, add chopped onion, egg, coarsely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and let stand in a cool place for half an hour.
Shape the minced meat into balls of the same size, approximately like a chicken egg. Take a ball of meat, flatten it into a cake and put a ball of mozzarella in the center. Carefully fasten the edges of the cake until a ball is formed. Do this with all minced meat.
Put the meat balls in a baking dish and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Fry chopped tomatoes in vegetable oil until half cooked. Squeeze a clove of garlic, salt, pepper into them, mix and sprinkle with flour after a couple of minutes. Warm up, add water so that the sauce is of medium thickness. Simmer on the stove for another 5 minutes and the sauce is ready.
Remove the form from the oven and feed the meatballs with tomato sauce. Place the mold back in the oven for 30 minutes. Bon Appetit!
