Making a raw, nutritious dessert to delight! This mixture is good for the intestines and for the heart (somewhat similar to Amosov's mixture).
Ingredients:
1. Linen - 3 tbsp. spoons
2. Oatmeal - half a cup (high quality)
3. Raisins - a handful
4. Dried apricots - 10 pieces
5. Prunes 5 pcs
6. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
Soaked flax and oatmeal for an hour in warm water. The dried fruits are thoroughly washed and if they are solid, they are also soaked in water. Dried apricots, prunes, raisins, flax and a couple of tablespoons of oatmeal were immersed in a blender container, and warm water was added. Beat until smooth for about a minute.
Put part of the resulting mixture into a glass. On top they put oatmeal softened during this time (oat milk should have stood out from it), if you want to get a sweeter dessert, you can still mix the oatmeal with a teaspoon of honey.
The next layer (topmost cap) was the rest of our dried fruit mixture. All. A sweet, hearty and healthy dessert is ready. Enjoy your tea, dear friends!
