Maslenitsa is coming soon, so today I have a recipe for pancakes. But the recipe is not quite ordinary. These are bread pancakes. As a basis, not flour, but stale bread. I use a loaf (it tastes best with it), but you can, of course, take any bread.

Cooking)) Here you need a blender (any that is) - you can submerge or one like mine. The main thing is to grind the bread well until smooth. I put pieces of loaf in a blender bowl. I add two eggs, 300 ml of milk, a little salt and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Whisking everything at medium blender speed for 2 minutes. The dough is the same consistency as for regular pancakes.
Pancakes can be baked right away. I bake pancakes in a small-diameter pan (preferably with a non-stick coating). Grease the pan with oil (each time), pour the dough, distribute it over the pan and put it on the stove. The fire should not be too strong, otherwise the pancakes will burn and break. I have 10 out of 14. When the edges are slightly browned, I turn the pancake over.
I spread it in a slice on a plate. You can grease with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar, you can stuff pancakes (we love it very much with meat, you can just serve it with sour cream or honey. The pancakes are thin, beautiful and very tasty!

• Bread (I have a loaf) - 100 g
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Milk - 300 ml
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
• Salt - a pinch
