Roast in a bag for baking ๐Ÿ–

Ingredients: Pork ribs, Onion, Carrot, Bulgarian pepper, Zucchini, Eggplant, Potato, Seasoning for meat any, at your discretion, black pepper, dried basil, vegetable oil, dried herbs, package for baking

Cooking method:

Cut the ribs smaller, salt, pepper, sprinkle with basil and seasoning for meat. I did not indicate the number of vegetables (this is at your discretion), we cut them into large slices so that during cooking they do not turn into porridge.

Salt, add dried herbs and vegetable oil and mix everything. We put the meat and vegetables in a baking bag (do not pierce!) And add a little boiled water to it, literally 50 ml. Tie the ends of the package.
