Cooking chicken in sour cream with mushrooms is a pleasure, because the result will surprise even the most demanding gourmets.

Ingredients: chicken, mushrooms, sour cream, onion, salt, paprika, sunflower oil

Cooking method:

My chicken, cut into pieces. Salt, add paprika. Cut the onion into rings, add to the chicken and mix. We send to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to marinate.

We take out the chicken and fry it in butter.

Wash mushrooms and cut into quarters. Finely chop the greens.

When the chicken is fried until golden brown, take it out. In the same pan, fry the mushrooms with onions, add half the sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

We put the chicken on the bottom of a heat-resistant pan, put the mushrooms on top.

We dilute the remaining sour cream with water and pour our chicken with mushrooms. Who likes with gravy, add more water. We send it to the oven for an hour.

While our chicken is cooking, we make a side dish. I have mashed potatoes.

After an hour, we take out our chicken and sprinkle with herbs.
