Everyone loves pizza! This collection contains five pizza recipes at once - from the classic Margarita on yeast dough to the simplest and most cost-effective options. I use all these pizza recipes quite often. Quick recipes, such as pizza on pita bread or in a pan, are especially helpful when there is absolutely no time for cooking. Pizza without dough is good for breakfast, and mini pizza on puff pastry is convenient to take with you for a snack and cook for a group of friends. You can vary the filling for any of the recipes to your liking, depending on what products are in the refrigerator. I am sure that you will also like these simple options for homemade pizza recipes.

Thin pizza Margherita

Ingredients:

Pizza dough:

  • milk - 400 ml
  • flour - 600 g
  • dry yeast - 14 g (pressed yeast - 28 g)
  • salt - 1 tsp. l.
  • sugar - 4 tsp. l.
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.

Pizza Sauce:

  • onion - 1 pc.
  • tomato paste - 100 g
  • water - 100 ml
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp. l
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • a mixture of Italian herbs - 2 tsp. l.
  • vegetable oil for frying

Pizza Margherita (24 cm):

  • pizza dough - 150 g
  • pizza sauce - 40 g
  • mozzarella cheese - 70 g
  • small tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • basil - 2 sprigs

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. Knead the pizza dough. Add 4 tsp to warm milk. sugar and 1 tsp. salt and stir until dissolved. If you use ordinary dry yeast or pressed, then they also need to be added to the milk, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. If you use, like me, instant dry yeast, then immediately mix it with flour and pour it into a large bowl in which we will knead the dough. Pour milk with dissolved sugar and salt into flour and add 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Knead the dough well for about 5-7 minutes, it should become smooth, uniform and not sticky to your hands.
  3. We collect the kneaded dough into a ball, cover with a film and set to approach in a warm place. It should double in size.
  4. While the dough is rising, prepare a delicious pizza sauce. Finely chop the onion and fry the chopped onion in a small amount of sunflower oil until golden brown. Add 100 g of tomato paste and about 100 ml of water to the onion. We mix everything, the consistency should be like not very thick ketchup.
  5. To the sauce add 1 tbsp. l. sugar, ½ tsp. l. salt, 1 small bay leaf and 2 teaspoons dry Italian herb mix. Mix everything, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove the bay leaf from the prepared sauce and let it cool.
  6. Three cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. For one pizza with a diameter of 24 cm, you need about 70 g of cheese and 2 small tomatoes.
  7. The dough has already risen, we pinch off a small piece from it. We form a ball out of it and roll it into a circle. Place the rolled out dough into a round baking dish. Stretch the dough with your hands. The thickness of the dough should be 1-2 mm. The bottom of the mold does not need to be lubricated.
  8. Lubricate the dough with prepared sauce, put basil leaves and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put chopped tomato slices on top of the cheese.
  9. We put the pizza at a level slightly below average in the oven preheated to the maximum temperature, I have it 250 degrees. Bake until tender, while the edges of the dough near the pizza should be slightly fried. Pizza takes 10 minutes to cook in my oven.
  10. We transfer the finished pizza to the board and, while still hot, cut it into portions.

Fast pizza in a pan

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 9 tbsp. l.
  • kefir (sour cream) - 8 tbsp. l.
  • salt - 1/3 tsp. l.

Filling:

  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • sausage - 100 g
  • cheese - 50 g

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients. We cut any sausage into cubes. Sausage can be replaced with sausages, boiled or baked meat. Three cheese on a coarse grater. Cut one medium sized tomato into slices.
  2. Knead a quick pizza dough. In a bowl, break 2 eggs, a pinch of salt and beat until light foam. Pour 8 tbsp. l. yogurt and beat again with a mixer. In this mixture, pour 9 tbsp. l. flour and mix until smooth. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.
  3. We put the pan on a minimum fire and pour in a little vegetable oil. Pour the prepared dough here and evenly distribute it in the pan.
  4. Immediately spread the chopped sausage on the dough, then put the tomato slices. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top.
  5. We cover the pan with a lid, set the fire a little more than the minimum and cook the pizza for about 10 minutes. The pizza is ready when the dough is baked.
  6. Pizza in a pan turned out very tasty and satisfying.

Homemade pizza on lavash

Ingredients:

  • pita bread - 2 sheets
  • boiled-smoked sausage - 300 g
  • cheese - 150 g
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • ketchup - 70 g

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. 300 g of boiled-smoked sausage cut into strips, you can take any sausage. Three small fresh tomatoes cut into circles. 150 g of three cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. We put one sheet of pita bread on a baking sheet and sprinkle it with about a quarter of the grated cheese. We put the same second sheet of pita bread on top. We smear this pita bread with ketchup on top. Put the chopped sausage on the ketchup. Spread the tomato slices evenly over the sausage. Sprinkle the top of the pizza with the remaining grated cheese.
  3. We put a baking sheet with prepared pizza in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. We cut the finished hot pizza into portions. The pizza is very tasty and flavorful.

Ingredients:

  • sheet dough - 500 g
  • sausage - 250 g
  • cheese - 200 g
  • ketchup (or tomato sauce) - 100 g

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. For pizza, we take ready-made pre-thawed puff pastry. Cut the dough sheet into 2 parts. Roll out the dough a little on a sheet of parchment paper sprinkled with flour. Top the dough with ketchup or tomato sauce.
  2. Cut the sausage into small cubes and spread on top of the dough. We rub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on top of the sausage.
  3. Using parchment paper, roll the dough with the filling into a roll. The resulting roll is cut into pieces with a thickness of approximately 2 - 2.5 cm. We put all the rolls on a baking sheet, greased with butter. Place a little grated cheese on top of each pizza.
  4. We send the pizza to a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. The pizza was very tasty soft and juicy.

Pizza without dough

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sausage (ham) - 100 g
  • cheese - 50 g
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • white bread - 2 slices
  • salt - to taste
  • vegetable oil - for frying

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients. Cut two slices of white bread into cubes. We also cut any sausage into cubes. I took the ham. Cut one tomato into rings. Three cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. In a frying pan with a little vegetable oil, put the diced bread. Dry the bread over low heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes, it should brown a little. Here, to the croutons, add the already chopped sausage, fry everything a little for taste and aroma.
  3. Break 2 eggs, salt to taste and beat them a little with a fork. Pour crackers and sausage with beaten eggs.
    Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for about 4 minutes, until the eggs are cooked.
  5. Pizza with bread and eggs turned out very tasty and satisfying.
