Omelet with chicken liver

Ingredients: chilled chicken liver, large and 4 small eggs, milk, salt, ground black pepper, Butter for greasing the mold, dill

Cooking method:

Pre-cook 4 small eggs and peel them from the shell. For a spectacular dish, they can be replaced with quail eggs and, of course, we take a larger amount.

We grease the form with butter and put the washed, chopped smaller chicken liver into it. It is better if the baking dish is smaller than mine. So the finished dish will be higher. Add half the salt and pepper.

In a deep bowl, break the rest of the eggs, add the remaining salt, mix with a whisk. We don't whip!

Pour milk into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Finely chop the dill and add to the eggs.

Lay the boiled eggs on the liver.

Pour the eggs with milk into the mold.

We put the future casserole to bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 35-40 minutes until a golden crust appears. Do not open the oven during cooking. Bon Appetit!
