Preparation:
1. Mix bulk products: flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa powder.
Instead of cocoa, you can use dark chocolate, which should be melted in a water bath and added to the ready-made dough.
2. Separately combine vegetable oil with sugar, instant coffee, lemon juice and water.
3. Beat the butter mixture with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
4. Then pour the liquid into the dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
5. Preheat oven to 180 °.
Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour, semolina or breadcrumbs.
6. Pour the prepared dough into a mold and place in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden toothpick.
7. Remove from the mold onto paper or towel and cool completely.
8. If desired, grease the cake with cream (any), sprinkle with cocoa powder, powdered sugar or grated chocolate.
You can make a frosting with dark chocolate and sugar and butter.
