A relative from Ukraine taught me how to cook such delicious bacon. I will also tell you how to make a delicious pâté from salted bacon. It turns out very tasty! For bread and borscht - just excellent! It goes well with potatoes, be sure to try it!

Spread on lard, garlic and greens bread in 1 minute. Like a pate, only tastier (ideal for borscht)

Preparation:

We need 300g of salted lard. Cut into small pieces and grind with a blender or meat grinder.

Add 8 cloves of garlic to the lard (also chop), and finely chopped greens. Mix - the pâté of bacon with garlic and herbs is ready. You can grind everything together in a blender at once.

In general, here you can add hot peppers, spices, spices to your taste - in general, whatever you like. Adjust the amount of garlic to your liking.

Transfer the finished pate into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator. It is stored for a long time - it will definitely stand for a month.

How to use such bacon: spread on bread, add to minced meat, if the meat is lean, fry potatoes on it, bake potatoes in the oven using this bacon, etc.
