Ingredients: sausages, flour, milk, sugar, butter or margarine, egg, yeast, salt

Cooking method:

Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk, add 2 tbsp. flour and let the dough rise for 15 minutes.

Separately, beat the eggs with salt until the mass increases in volume.

Mix the dough, eggs, flour, add soft butter or margarine, knead the dough and leave it warm for an hour.

Divide the dough into 12 equal parts, roll each part into a circle, put a sausage in the middle, make horizontal cuts on both sides, 1-1.5 cm wide, with the resulting strips, in turn, wrap the sausage crosswise, the lower end neatly close up. Cover the sheet with parchment paper and grease with oil, put ready-made sausages on it, brush with egg, sunflower or butter on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 C.
