Cooking method:
Dough: add sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar to flour, mix. Then add the cold butter cut into pieces into the flour and carefully grind into crumbs.
Add the egg and sour cream to the crumbs, mix and knead the soft and elastic dough.
Roll out the finished dough to a size slightly larger than the diameter of the mold, transfer the dough to the mold and make sides out of it, cut off the excess. We send it to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Filling: Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, beat with a mixer until smooth. Add sour cream and beat again.
We divide the filling into two equal parts. Add the sifted cocoa to one part and mix thoroughly.
We take out the dough and alternately lay out 1 tablespoon of white and chocolate filling. Then we draw patterns with a toothpick and, if desired, lay out candied fruits on top.
We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Bon Appetit!)
