Making a green bean-cucumber sauce with cilantro and dill.
Ingredients:
1. Cucumber - 1 piece
2. Beans - 5 pieces
3. Cilantro - a bunch (the most useful greens, which enhances digestion several times)
4. Dill - bunch
5. Lemon - 1 piece
6. Olive oil - 1/3 cup
7. Garlic - 2 prongs
8. Ground black pepper - pinch
9. Turmeric - a pinch (without it)
10. Ground Zira - a pinch
Preparation
Mix the oil with lemon juice using a blender (pour the oil in a thin stream through the top cap into the lemon juice and beat for about 1.5 minutes).
You should get a white thick mass that resembles mayonnaise (by the way, we have a recipe where mayonnaise is prepared from only two ingredients without any eggs: freshly squeezed butter + lemon juice).
Then add all the spices, beat again. Then we throw in the garlic, beans (without a peel, they will give protein), cucumber pulp and herbs. Twist everything until smooth and the delicious green sauce is ready!
