At the present time I have been able to get rid of 42 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

My Saturday started early.

That's a lot, I know, are accustomed to sleep off the weekend after a week of working.

And our family can not sleep). At 7 o'clock in the morning we are all on their feet and need breakfast.

For breakfast, I went to the remnants of eggs (as well as my husband does not eat and do not like eggs, gets me more).

Recently, I liked to replace butter soft cheese (in the store bought, called Kaymak). Avocados have long something is bought on shares are not met, and no share price some prohibitive, and even views of the avocado does not inspire confidence. Waiting for a good avocado on shares).

So, for breakfast sandwiches (yes again, but not tired) on rye bread (60 g) with soft cheese (just 15 grams), caviar (20 g) and low-fat cheese (35 g).

Breakfast came on 350 kcal.

At the snack was green tea with chocolate 75% (15 g) and then nibbled a little apple (110 g).

Snack left on 130 kcal.

For lunch I cooked for the family baked chicken with spices and baked potatoes. And of course itself ate baked chicken breast meat (200 g) and potato (150 g). Plus a little fresh vegetables: tomatoes (60 g) and cucumber (65 g)

Lunch turned on 400 kcal.

And after dinner we met with her husband in the movie, and wander through the shopping malls. People see and be seen)).

And I confess, today I could not resist and ate in CFS children roll... what a nightmare). If you believe the cafe, then it 231 kcal Well rounded and let it be 250 kcal. Washed down with plain water.

We returned home late, so a full dinner I did not.
