The taste of childhood, even at school we cooked them very tasty in Soviet times. I don't think this dish can be messed up. It will happen to everyone.
Ingredients: minced meat mixed, egg, rice, salt, pepper, tomato paste (small iron can), flour, water, pods. frying oil, sugar
Cooking method:
Pour boiling water over rice and leave to cool. Then drain the water.
Put minced meat in a bowl, add rice, egg, salt, pepper and mix.
Heat up a deep frying pan, add salt. oil, roll the balls from the finished minced meat and put in a pan, fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Turn on the oven and preheat the top/bottom position to 120°.
Pour 1/4 of water into a glass, add flour and stir until smooth, add tomato paste, mix, add water, salt, pepper and sugar, stir, pour into a pan and bring to a gurgle on medium fire. Turn the hedgehogs over and add more water if necessary (if the sauce is thick, it depends on the quality of the flour).
Place the pan in the oven for 45-60 minutes. Turn hedgehogs every 25-30 minutes.
While the hedgehogs are in the oven, you can prepare the side dish. Buckwheat, potatoes, pasta are suitable for hedgehogs.
