Ingredients: honey, sour cream 15-20%, soda, plums. butter, sugar, eggs, flour, Cream, sour cream 30%, cream 33%, powdered sugar, cocoa, chocolate for decoration

Cooking method:

We combine soda with sour cream.

Honey, sugar, plum. Heat oil over medium heat until the mixture is smooth. Add sour cream with soda and mix until the foam settles.

Add eggs one at a time and mix with a whisk.

We add flour. (if you want chocolate cake, take 120 gr. flour and 20 gr. cocoa). The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

We divide the dough into two parts. We distribute the dough with a spatula in a thin layer on parchment (siliconized). Bake 5 min. We take out, cover with another sheet of paper, turn over and remove the bottom layer of paper.

For cream, beat sour cream for 5 minutes. Separately, beat the cream with sugar and cocoa. We connect the two masses with a spatula. The cream is ready. (For cream, you can take sour cream 20% and pre-weigh it for 2-6 hours, preferably at night.)

Lubricate the cake with cream and roll up. Next, grease the second cake with cream and wrap the first roll in it.

For decor, you need air bubble wrap and chocolate. Melt the chocolate in pulses up to 40 ° for 10-15 seconds in the microwave, stirring each time. Spread the chocolate over the film, cover the roll and leave to cool for 15 minutes.

The finished roll can be sprinkled with cocoa or decorate as you wish. It is better to cut the roll with a hot knife, then the chocolate will not crumble.
