Universal yeast dough for any pastry, which I have become very fond of lately. Baking from this dough is airy, tasty and does not get stale. I highly recommend the recipe, I'm sure: this dough will be your favorite too.
Cooking:
I tell you how to cook a universal dough for pies: all the ingredients and proportions, as usual, are indicated at the end of the article.
So, take a glass of flour and add a glass of boiling milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Then, when the dough is no longer hot, add eggs and yeast, beaten until smooth, dissolved in 0.5 cups of warm milk (you can take water). Add 2-3 tablespoons of flour, stir and leave to rise in a warm place.
As soon as it rises, add salt, warm melted butter, the remaining flour. Knead the dough, it should be soft, elastic and not stick to your hands.
We put in a warm place for at least an hour. The dough almost triples in volume.
Then we make pies, buns, pies, buns and any other pastries.
