We make a healthy drink with a "hairy" fruit (as one 96-year-old grandmother said about pineapple) and with Jerusalem artichoke (an earthen pear).
Ingredients:
1. Pineapple - half
2. Jerusalem artichoke - 10 pieces
3. Honey - 1 tablespoon (or a handful of raisins)
4. Water - 2 glasses
(Jerusalem artichoke lowers blood sugar and balances the vibrant pineapple flavor and pairs well)
Preparation
We take Jerusalem artichoke and pineapple, good for mine (especially Jerusalem artichoke). Cut the pineapple, cleanse it of all unnecessary things (from its "scales" and inner core), Jerusalem artichoke from the skin (many Jerusalem artichoke is not cleaned, but simply washed thoroughly).
We cut everything into smaller pieces, immerse it in a blender container, add honey (or raisins), add warm water.
Grind for about 1.5 minutes, filter with a strainer and drink while fresh (it comes especially well in the morning, when digestion starts, after 2 glasses of warm water). Have a great day, friends!
