Fish in cream in 15 minutes

Ingredients: Fish fillet halves, Cream 10-20%, Lemon, Oregano, White pepper, Turmeric (sweet paprika), Salt

Cooking method:

Prepare all ingredients. Transfer frozen fish from the freezer in the evening to the refrigerator for proper defrosting. Remove moisture from the surface of the fish fillet with paper towels. I have perch fillets. Salt and season each piece on both sides. Not to fanaticism, otherwise the bright aroma of the seasoning will clog the smell of the fish itself. Leave the pieces to soak for 10-20 minutes. Fish salts faster than meat.

Pour cream into a preheated pan, add a little salt and add turmeric, for a beautiful color and aroma. Fry the fillet pieces in cream on both sides for 1-2 minutes until cooked. When serving, pour over the fillet pieces with lemon juice and the hot cream left in the pan.
