  • I put some parchment down to make it easier to remove the cheesecake later.

  • Dry walnuts.
  • Melt 30-40 g of sugar and pour it over the nuts in a thin stream.
  • When the sugar hardens, grind it with the nuts until you want it.

  • Everything needs to be done quickly.
  • Roll out the cake about half a centimeter thick and lay it on the bottom.
  • The remains of the dough quickly blind and roll it into a rectangle.
  • Divide it in half lengthwise and set the curb in shape.
  • Chop the dough with a fork.
  • Place the mold in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 175 C degrees.
Place the dough in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Stir condensed milk with cream cheese.

  • Remove the base from the oven.
Reduce the oven temperature to 165 degrees Celsius.
  • Pour water into a baking sheet and place in the oven.
  • Add 1/2 tsp to the cheese mass. vanilla, two eggs and heavy cream.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Pour the cheese mass onto the base.
  • Place the cheesecake gently on the wire rack and place it directly over the baking sheet of water.
Baking time approx. 1 hour.
  • When the cheesecake has cooled to room temperature, it should be refrigerated for 4-5 hours.
  • Top with caramelized nuts.
  • Remove the cheesecake from the mold.
