This weekend, I could not get active rest, but turned out to actively do business and work.
Early the next morning I had breakfast here such:
Scrambled eggs from two eggs and a sandwich with whole grain bread and salted fish. Avocado is over and I greased bread just 5 grams of butter. The body needs fats, such as vegetable and animal. Another thing is that vegetable fats should be still more. The beneficial fats can be read here.
Breakfast came to 400 kcal.
Today, I decided to please himself and his family to our favorite cheese soup, recipe is so loved by many. Brewed soup quickly! And eat it too - delicious)!
While the soup cooked a snack small apple - 40kkal.
After lunch soup - 400kkal, possible and on business.
In the evening I cooked wonderfully juicy cutlets of chicken breasts.
For myself, in minced 1 medium chicken breast I added 2 large cloves garlic (I like witty), pepper and salt to taste, and 3 tablespoons of water. I fried them elektrogrile literally 5 minutes, until golden brown is not an argument.
I do not stop praising their favorite device. Electrical grill - it's great! For 5 minutes to get sweets, not cakes! And without a drop of oil!
But who do not have such an animal, you can use a non-stick frying pan, it seems to me too such pans are at each, who are watching their diet.
By cutlets (130 g), at dinner salad - tomato, bell pepper, filled with feta and linseed oil.

By the way, I continue to use body lotion with vitamins A and E, especially pay attention to the inside of the thigh where the skin suffers more from the loss of weight. It helps good! The skin becomes more elastic and more moisturized.
