An interesting and satisfying salad with beans and Korean carrots can make your diet varied and colorful. It is better to use homemade mayonnaise for dressing, although you can buy a pretty good product in the store now. So let's get started.

Ingredients:

Sausage or balyk - 100 g

Canned beans - 100 g

Korean carrots - 80 g

Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.

Homemade crackers - a handful

Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Salt, pepper - to taste

Description:

1. Prepare a number of foods from the list. Choose delicious and fresh smoked sausage or any meat delicacy. You can take a smoked ham or just a boiled fillet.

2. Cut the sausage into small oblong pieces and send it to a salad bowl or any bowl.

3. Now uncork the can with canned beans, if necessary, put the beans on a sieve and rinse under cool running water. Add a serving of this product to a salad bowl.

4. Add the delicious Korean carrots next. If purchased, be sure to take a sample to understand how hot or spicy it is.

5. Peel the sweet fleshy red pepper, remove the seeds and cut off the white veins with a knife. Cut the vegetable into strips and send to a dish.

6. Season everything with salt and pepper, based on the taste of carrots. Add mayonnaise, mix ingredients.

7. Serve the salad with homemade croutons.
