Aromatic meat with potatoes in foil baked in the oven will be an ideal dish not only for lunch or dinner, but also for a festive table. It can be served with various sauces and dips, salted preserves.
It is best to use pork ribs - the fat melted from them will saturate the potato slices, making them juicy. Don't forget the minimal marinade for meat for mouth-watering, crispy baked ribs.
When baking potatoes, be sure to add water or broth so that it "absorbs" the liquid into itself and becomes crumbly. Do not forget to open the foil 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking so that the dish can brown. Use a variety of spices and herbs to your liking, but add the garlic almost at the very end so it doesn't burn.
Ingredients:
Pork ribs - 0.5 kg
Potatoes - 0.7 kg
Onions - 1 pc.
Mashed mustard - 2 tablespoons
Ground paprika - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp without top
Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Hot water - 50 ml
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut out any tainted spots, if any. Rinse in water and cut into wedges / slices in a deep bowl.
2. Strip the pork ribs from veins and films, rinse in water and cut into pieces so that each of them has a bone. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings. Place with ribs on potato slices.
3. Season with salt, pepper, add grated store mustard and ground paprika, preferably smoked. Optionally - other spices and herbs, but chopped.

Gently mix the entire contents of the container with a slight pressure so that the cooked marinade envelops both vegetables and meat. Leave to marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
5. Line a baking dish with foil, put the prepared food in it, trying to spread the potatoes from below, and the meat on top. Pour hot water on the side and cover with foil on top, as if sealing. Place in a preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes at 220 degrees. Then carefully unfold the foil, being careful not to burn yourself with the steam, and bake the dish for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
6. After the indicated time, remove the form from the oven and let the dish cool slightly.
Serve baked meat and potatoes in foil directly in the tin, garnish with fresh herbs if desired. It is at this stage that you can pour garlic oil on the dish or add fresh compressed garlic to it, carefully mixing everything.
