To lose weight, you need to create a calorie deficit - this is the only thing that triggers the process of losing weight.

But it often happens that having started to grow slimmer, flying in euphoria and rejoicing in the results, you suddenly realize that the weight has ceased to go away, the weight loss has stopped.

At this moment, it is important not to get upset and not punish yourself, further limiting yourself (this is a direct path to the next breakdown), but to understand whether weight loss has really stopped or certain processes are taking place in the body, due to which the result on the scales is not it is seen.

Ask yourself the following questions and answer them.

1️⃣ Have you forgotten to adjust the calorie content of your diet after 5-10 extra pounds have gone? After all, the less weight, the fewer calories you need to consume. It is possible that what was previously your deficit has already become the norm for maintaining weight.

2️⃣How long have you been slimming and how much have you lost? If you have already dropped well and are in deficit for more than two months, it may be time to rest for a week or two, increasing the calorie content diet to its norm or start practicing loading days so that the body does not get used to the deficit (arrange the so-called swing).

3️⃣Does the volumes go away? It is impossible to focus only on the numbers shown by the scales. It is necessary to control the volume of the body. If over the past two weeks there have been no changes in both the scales and volumes, then the weight loss has really stopped and you are doing something wrong. If the weight is worth it, and the volumes are decreasing, then you should not worry.

4️⃣ Are you deceiving yourself when you consider the calorie content of your diet? There may be trivial mistakes in calculations (here you have to sit down and double-check yourself, look for mistakes, consult with like-minded people). Or it may be an inconsistency that slips so imperceptibly that the brain simply skips it without noticing, but this does not mean that the extra calories did not enter the body if the brain did not notice them.

5️⃣Am I good with hormones? If all is well with the analyzes - look for the answer to the above questions. If there are problems, we turn to specialists.

In the presence of a calorie deficit, almost everyone will lose weight, some faster, some more slowly, depending on the individual characteristics of the body and its problems.

At the same time, it is not necessary to punish yourself, limiting everything. Hard limits are not the best choice for a stable result in the long term. A small deficit, a balanced diet, patience and discipline - and you will get the result without hunger, breakdowns and overloads.

Again today for breakfast sandwiches on a grain bun (65 g), which I dry in a toaster - I like it better. The bun was greased with 40 g of curd cheese and 70 g of pollock roe. I drank green tea without sugar and sweeteners.

Breakfast for 430 kcal.

In a reminder of recipes today, chicken breast under the most delicious hat and chicken roll with cheese and scrambled eggs:

The weather is rainy here, and we wanted to drink coffee. I decided to have a snack with cheese (50 g) with coffee, to which I added 50 g of milk and 15 g of "salted caramel" syrup.

It turned out to be a snack for 240 kcal.

For lunch, a drumstick baked in the oven (120 g), 120 g of boiled buckwheat and 150 g of cucumber.

Lunch at 415 kcal.

And for the evening I left everyone on the last portion of jellied meat. My dinner: 250 g jellied meat, 130 g mashed potatoes and 100 g cucumber - 505 kcal.

The result of the day is 1590 kcal. B - 115, F - 81, U - 100.
