#menu Very tender and tasty pancakes. I made a small batch for testing. It made 10 small pancakes. They left quickly, the photo was taken in a hurry. I will try with different flours, while I made it on wheat. Try it too, it's delicious 😋
Ingredients: eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, milk, sugar, lemon juice, vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method:
Prepare the ingredients. Separate the yolks from the whites.
Add milk to egg yolks, stir. Then add salt and gradually add flour mixed with baking powder. Mix well so that there are no lumps.
In a separate bowl, add lemon juice to the proteins, beat at low speed for 2-3 minutes until a stable foam, then gradually add sugar. Beat until stable peaks.
In the dough with yolks, 1 tbsp. Carefully add beaten egg whites. Get a very airy dough. Heat the pan not much, grease with vegetable oil, carefully spread the dough in 2-3 tablespoons, close the lid tightly and bake over very low heat for 10-15 minutes. When the dough becomes opaque, gently turn the pancakes over with two spatulas and bake the same amount on the other side.
Put the finished pancakes on a paper towel, cool. If desired, serve with honey and sour cream (I ate without anything). Bon appetit 😋
