#menu I haven't cooked a wok for a long time and now I decided. I took frozen vegetables, meat is ready. But I prepared a bit too much funchose: you need to take 2 circles, it’s enough.

Ingredients: Funchoza, green beans, onions, carrots, bell peppers, garlic, peeled ginger, teriyaki, soy sauce, hot pepper, Vegetable oil, Zucchini, Ready chicken, sesame, seasoning for Asian dishes

Cooking method:

Cut into strips all the ingredients: onions, carrots, sweet peppers. Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Soak funchose in water for 30-40 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the noodles.

Heat up the wok, pour in and heat the vegetable oil. Saute garlic and ginger for 1 min.

Next, take turns throwing vegetables: carrots, onions, zucchini.

Constantly mix the vegetables and add the following after a couple of minutes: green beans, bell pepper and half a pod of hot red pepper. Lastly, add the boiled chicken meat and mix well.

It remains to add teriyaki and soy sauce. I wanted to add more salt. Pour funchose to vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Next, sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and spices for Asian dishes. We serve hot to the table.
