I'm a big fan of hodgepodge, but there are very few places where I will eat it π±π such an interesting paradox #chesslovo And of course hodgepodge is accompanied by meat gastronomy: meats, sausages, all this is fatty, salty, with dyes and is considered harmful... But I want to... so I came up with a light option for KBJU and a blow to health. Delicious extremely as before, and the conscience as a whole is clear.
Ingredients: pickles, chicken fillet, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, onions, Butter for frying, tomato sauce, olives with lemon
Cooking method:
First, we cut pickles into small cubes, pieces 3-4 medium, and put them to languish over low heat for half an hour in a separate saucepan.
The soup itself will be a 3-liter saucepan. We cut 1 chicken fillet into cubes in it and send it to boil in some water.
We use vegetables to fill the volume of the soup. We cut into cubes 2 small potatoes, 1 carrot, 250 grams of zucchini, you can add cauliflower and broccoli, especially if you are losing weight instead of potatoes.
Separately, in a frying pan, fry 3 onions, cut into small cubes. It tastes better with butter.
Add 100 ml of delicious thick tomato sauce or ketchup to the onion. Of course, the most delicious home-made π±π Boil for 5 minutes.
We collect the hodgepodge: we move the cucumbers and onions with ketchup into the soup. We fall asleep olives. I love olives with lemon and I donβt add lemon at all, there are a lot of acids there π―%! Boil together for 5-7 minutes. It is believed that the hodgepodge should be infused, but we have no time and it is still very tasty!
