Ingredients: - Chicken (fillet), - Onion, - Garlic, - Dried apricots, - Lemon, - Turmeric, - Cinnamon, - Cardamom, Salt, ground black pepper, - Ground coriander, - Ground paprika, Cilantro, Mint, - Water, Oil rast.

Cooking method:

Cut the chicken (fillet) into pieces or strips 1 cm wide.

Fry onion and garlic in a small amount of oil, add chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes, then add turmeric, pepper, cardamom, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, lemon slices, pieces of dried apricots, a few sprigs of mint, salt taste. Pour in water, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
