✔️Tajin is a dish for stewing and simmering any food: meat, fish, vegetables and even cereals. ✔️Tajine is the perfect cookware for those who don't have time to stand by the stove while cooking. Dishes in the tagine are prepared without your participation. You just need to put the chopped products on the bottom of the tagine, close it with a lid and leave it on the stove for a couple of hours. ✔️ Cooking in tajine is not difficult, and does not require unnecessary and time-consuming operations. ✔️ It is only important to observe the temperature regime, and in most cases this is the smallest “fire”, and the sequence of laying products according to the time of their preparation. ✔️ The rest is a matter of "technique" - you can cook without spices and salt, and in the end you get an almost dietary dish, cooked in its own juice, or with a lot of spices and spices typical of Arabic cuisine. ✔️It is better to serve the dish on the table directly in the tagine itself, which undoubtedly only improves its gastronomic perception. #chicken #cookingathome #homemadefood #eatingloveyou #tagine
