I cook only diet food, table number 4. The diet is very hard, both mentally and physically. When you keep a diet, you constantly want to eat, no matter what, just to chew something. This is what happens with us, my son constantly asks for food despite the fact that he just ate. I constantly cook additional vegetables for the second course to make it more satisfying and healthier. It can be zucchini, cauliflower, bell peppers, green beans, broccoli, they can be steamed or baked in the oven, I alternate. Today I want to give a simple recipe for you.
Ingredients: cauliflower, salt, eggs
Cooking method:
Put water in a saucepan (take a pot that fits the cauliflower, or cut into inflorescences) and bring to a boil, salt and dip the cauliflower into the water. The cauliflower must be completely submerged so that it cooks on all sides at the same time. Cook for 7-10 min. Take out and let cool.
While the cauliflower is cooling down, cook the eggs, put them on a plate or add a little salt to the kisushka. We take the inflorescences and dip them into the eggs, then I put them in molds so that the egg does not spread over the sheet. After laying out the cauliflower, put the leaf in the oven for 20 minutes. at t - 160'.
