Ingredients: Opara:, - dry yeast, - milk, - sugar, Dough:, - butter, - milk, - sugar, - egg, - flour, Filling:, - butter, - sugar (I have cane), - cinnamon, Cream:, - mascarpone, - cream 33%, - sugar powder
Cooking method:
In a small bowl, mix the yeast with warm milk and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Melt butter in warm milk.
Add the egg and sugar to the warm butter-milk mixture. Mix with a whisk.
Add yeast to this mixture and mix gently.
Add sifted flour.
Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. The flour may remain. Leave the dough for 1 hour in a warm place.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, 3-4 mm thick.
Brush with soft butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up and cut into 8-9 pieces.
Put the buns in a greased form, cover with cling film or paper towel and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Bake buns at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes (readiness to check with a skewer).
For cream, mix mascarpone, cream and powdered sugar until smooth and homogeneous.
When the buns are slightly warm, generously anoint with cream.
