Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 43 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

Speaking of the weekly results. Monday day checkweighing. And here I am standing on the scales waiting for a miracle, but the miracle did not happen).

Yet the result of this week, I was pleased. Libra today showed me figure - 89.2 kg!

It turns out this week minus 900 grams. What can I say - losing weight on, at least until the figures of 80 kg on the scales.

And we do not grow thin on cabbage with carrot and tasty and, in my opinion, is quite diverse, allowing himself a "zapreschenku" as bread, bananas, cheese, pastries, milk, egg yolk, and more.

Breakfast today I - sandwiches on whole grain bread (60 g) and avocado (30 g) and low-fat cheese (50 grams). Under the green tea with jasmine. Charge of health in the form of vitamins and omega-3 capsules in the morning and you can work. Breakfast is turned on 385 kcal.

I identified during a break between work 15 minutes to cook "curd tarts" for a snack and just to please the home.

At the snack I had one cheesecake (40 g) under the green tea and fruits: kiwi - 70 g and 110 g apple Snack turned on 200 kcal.

On cooking lunch I also had to make time, just 10-15 minutes. I cooked chicken rolls with soft cheese and bell pepper. I love to use the oven, well she told me save time.

For lunch was boiled buckwheat (130 g as a finished product) and chicken roll (200 g in a raw form). I added a bit of cucumber and a delicious and healthy dinner ready.

Lunch came to 380 kcal.

Today I did not have no more of works anywhere, and the weather was such that did not want to leave. So the day passed with no walks and even without the sport at home. Here I do not want anything to me. And I did not force yourself. Even during cooking did not do sit-ups, quite grown lazy).

My dinner today consisted of vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, bell pepper - 200 g), seasoned with a drop of olive oil and chicken roll (150g in srom form).

Total dinner turned 310 kcal.

But the day brought me 1275 kcal.

Rate of water drunk (30 ml per kilogram of body weight).
