Pollock fillet in lavash

Ingredients: pita bread, pollock fillet, onion, tomato, Sauce:, sour cream, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, Salt, black pepper, Spices / seasonings (ground paprika, basil, dried garlic)

Cooking method:

Cut the fillet into small cubes, salt, pepper, add paprika. Onion cut into half rings, tomato - a cube.

Sauce: mix sour cream with mustard, oil and lemon juice. Add dried basil and garlic to taste, salt and pepper. Leave about two teaspoons of the sauce for lubrication of the rolls. Lavash is divided into two parts. We spread the onion closer to the edge of the pita bread, fish on the onion, grease with sauce.

Place the tomatoes on top of the sauce. We roll the pita bread into a roll. We do the same with the second part of pita bread.

We spread the rolls in a form, greased with oil. Brush with the remaining sauce. Bake at 170 * 25-30 minutes. Focus on your oven.

5 minutes before cooking, I sprinkled the dish with grated cheese (optional).
