I continue (without false embarrassment) to show off the dishes of the festive table. Hot - tuna steak. Frankly, there were doubts about how it would turn out. But the result exceeded all the most conceivable expectations. For a long time it was not possible to eat such a delicious fish, having spent so little money, time and effort to get it.

Moroccan red tuna steaks🇲🇦

Ingredients: tuna, vegetable oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, Fish seasoning (any), Salt

Cooking method:

Mash the garlic, parsley, lemon juice and half the oil until smooth.

Cut the tuna into portioned steaks. The thickness is allowed up to 2 cm, the size is arbitrary

Put the fish in a bowl and bathe in half of the resulting puree. Cover with cling film and refrigerate (but not in the freezer) for half an hour

After the fish, salt, add a little (optional and taste) seasonings. Mix well. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, also well.

Put the steaks and fry, over high heat, strictly monitor the time: on the one hand 4 minutes, on the other hand - 2 minutes.

Serve immediately, with the remaining pureed sauce and fresh vegetables. However, rice or potatoes for a side dish, who are more satisfying, are quite suitable. However, I note that this way cooked tuna is great solo!
