Soft chicken cutlets in tomato sauce

Ingredients: chicken fillet, onion, bun soaked in water, salt, spices, flour (for rolling), vegetable oil (for frying), tomato paste, sour cream

Cooking method:

I make minced chicken from chicken fillet with the addition of onions and rolls, I put a little Adyghe salt. I mix well.

Roll the cutlets in whole grain flour. Lightly fry over low heat to keep the shape.

Then I add tomato paste to the same pan, stew it slightly, pour the cutlets with hot water from the kettle (so that they are almost completely closed). I bring it to a boil, pour in dried dill with a generous hand and leave it to simmer over low heat under the lid.

After 15 minutes I add a little sour cream and taste for salt, add some salt if necessary. Then I simmer for another 15-20 minutes. During this time, the cutlets can be turned over a couple of times.

Serve with any side dish. The sauce also turns out to be delicious, be sure to pour it on cutlets and a side dish. Bon Appetit!
