Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.

At the present time I have been able to get rid of 42 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
Today decided to share with you their pechalka. If you remember, I wanted to grow on the windowsill greens and even planted onions, arugula, dill and basil.
So, nothing I could not get. Nearly. Only one onion is growing and happy). But in it I do not doubt.
But everything else, though rose instantly, but does not want to grow. Dill thin and stretched, although it should be on the sunny side, half of basil and arugula were killed, what is left is also not in a hurry to grow. All -So what puny.. But I'm not giving up, and as the weather gets warmer'll try again, but rearranging the balcony of the kitchen window sill. Oh and watch what is now sticking out of the ground).
A menu is today.
The breakfast consisted of eggs cooked with nonstick pan without oil and sandwich on rye bread (30 g) with clotted cream (15 grams) and fish pate (25 c).
Green tea with jasmine, Vitaminka and a capsule of omega - 3 finished breakfast and you can go to work.
For breakfast prepared 390 kcal.
The work was undershot and - apple (about 100g) and kiwi (90 c)
Snack left on 105 kcal.
At present, work on the computer was not so much, and because I work at home, I can afford to use free time on your own.
And so I lured the sun, shining through the open window, and the fresh air that even the cat was left, that I decided to go for a walk.
But first - lunch.
A plate of cheese soup (450 g) and rye bread for lunch - pulled on 435 kcal.
And in the afternoon I went for a walk. Weather wonderful! The sun is heating!
That walk was not only a pleasure, but also for the benefit of my weight loss, I decided to prepare quietly to run, by a brisk walk.
In general, I walk up and stored. The truth is not so much, just half an hour currently allocated.
And continue to work quietly.
Well, for dinner I had chicken breast fried in a nonstick frying pan without oil (160 g) and the Mexican mixture (about 110 g)
Total dinner turned 300 kcal.
The day had accumulated 1230 kcal.
Drunk water rate, made the procedure for skin care - today cost only milk after showering with the addition of liquid vitamins A and E.
