Today I want to share a recipe for mackerel in the microwave in 12 minutes, you can not even defrost the fish in advance. When I cooked for the first time I was pleasantly surprised, she reminded me of a sardinella, it turns out you just lick your fingers - very tender, aromatic and tasty.

Recipe:
Mackerel s / m-2 pcs.
Bow -2 pcs.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Sweet paprika - to taste
Vegetable oil -2 tbsp
Lemon juice - optional
COOKING METHOD
Fresh frozen fish 1-2 pieces, you can not defrost it beforehand, but put it in the microwave oven for defrosting for a couple of minutes. Now I cut off the head, remove the insides and cut into 3-4 pieces.
Put in a bowl, add salt, I put half a tsp. for 500 grams of fish. We add spices to taste, I add black pepper, sweet paprika, pour in 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Sometimes I add a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice.
I stir it.
Cut 2 onions into cubes, take a suitable shape, put half the onion on the bottom. Now put the mackerel pieces and the second half of the onion on top.
We will cook in the microwave, so it is better to take the form so that you can put it in the microwave.
We set the power to 800 watts for 6 minutes, at the end of the time we take out the fish and turn it over, set it for another 6 minutes at a power of 800 watts.
Now we take out the fish and serve it to the table. Can be used as a filling for fish pie instead of canned food, for example.
