Fish in an omelet is a great dish. You can cook it from any fish, the main thing is not very bony, of course, it is possible with this one, but it will take a lot of time to process it, so it is better to choose the right products right away. Even a novice hostess can cope with this recipe, because there is nothing complicated in it. But a delicious and hearty dinner is guaranteed. I recommend trying it!
Ingredients:
Hake s / m - 500 g.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Egg - 3 pcs.
Milk - 100 ml.
Flour - 3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons
Step by step recipe:
1. Prepare the required set of ingredients for omelette fish. You can replace fresh-frozen hake with any other fish, as long as it is not too bony. Pollock is perfect.
2. Thaw fish at room temperature. Wash it thoroughly both inside and outside. Remove remnants of entrails and black foil. Cut the carcass in two along the ridge, remove the bones and skin, in one word - profile. Cut it into portions and sprinkle with spices, except for salt and pepper, you can use any seasonings that are suitable for fish dishes. Dip each piece of fish in flour and fry in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Blot with a paper towel to remove excess grease.
3. Place the golden fish slices in a suitable baking dish.
4. Cut the peeled onion into half rings, fry until soft and lay on top of the hake, evenly spreading over the entire surface.
5. Beat eggs into a small bowl, add milk, salt and black pepper. Stir with a fork or whisk until smooth.
6. Pour the contents of the form with the resulting mixture and smooth.
7. Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The cooking time will depend directly on your technique.
8. When the egg mass is completely set and becomes ruddy, the fish in the omelet is ready, you can take it out of the oven.
9. Serve hot immediately after cooking.
When the omelet starts to cool, it will settle a little, but this will not affect the taste in any way. Pieces of baked fish and the most delicate omelet are combined perfectly; only fresh herbs and vegetables can complement them.
