Baked mackerel in the oven with potatoes and sauce

When there's no time to cook this hearty dinner and a delicious lunch will be very helpful.

Ingredients:

2-4 carcass mackerel
1 kg potato
2 carrots
2 pcs. onions
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
greens
100 gr. mayonnaise

50 oz. grated cheese

Preparation:

1. Mackerel gut and season salt, allspice grate.

2. Potatoes Wash and clean. Cut the potatoes into slices or large cubes. Add salt and season with pepper.

3. Carrots also wash, peel and chop.

4. Onions cut into half rings or strips.

5. Mix the mayonnaise with the grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little water. Beat with a fork.

6. In a bowl, mix the potatoes with carrots and onions.

Season with mostly sauce.

7. Cover the baking dish with foil and grease with vegetable oil.

8. At the bottom of the form put the vegetables.

9. Mackerel thoroughly coat with the sauce and put it on top of the vegetable pillow.

10. Bake at 200 degrees dish 40-45 minutes. Until cooked potatoes.

Serve hot. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
