Scrambled omelet with celery

Ingredients: eggs, milk, dried basil, circles of Krakow sausage, a circle of doctor's sausage, black caviar (I have imitation), a small stalk of celery, a small onion, vegetable oil for frying, a mixture of peppers or suneli hops for filing

Cooking method:

Prepare the products: cut the sausage into circles and slices, finely onion and celery. Mix eggs with milk, add basil. I didn't add salt because there is salt in the sausage.

Put onions in a pan with heated vegetable oil, sauté a little, add sausage and celery. Fry the sausage on low heat under the lid on both sides.

Add eggs, add fire. Stir with a spatula to make the eggs set faster.
