Homemade chicken roll

Ingredients: ᅠ Hard cheese, ᅠ Eggs, ᅠ Chicken breast, ᅠ Onion, ᅠ Sour cream, ᅠ ᅠ Salt

Cooking method:

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Chop the chicken breast very finely along with one onion.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Add eggs and sour cream to cheese. Mix well until the mass is homogeneous. The cheese mass is not too thick and not too liquid.

ᅠ Cover a baking sheet (size 30 by 40 cm) with foil, pour the cheese mass into it, level it with a spatula. Send to the oven preheated to 180 ºC for 15-20 minutes. All ovens bake differently, so make sure that the cake does not burn and the egg seizes. ᅠ

ᅠ While the cheese cake is baking, fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown and mix with chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. ᅠ

ᅠCheese‌ cake is ready, cool it slightly and remove from the foil. Spread the chicken over the cheese crust. ᅠ Wrap the cake with a tight roll. ᅠ

Wrap the roll with several layers of foil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes (temperature - 180 ºC). Unfold the foil 10 minutes before the end of the roll, so you get a beautiful crust on the surface of the roll. Chicken roll at home is ready. ᅠ ᅠ Bon appetit! ᅠ
