Cooking method:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Chop the chicken breast very finely along with one onion.
Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Add eggs and sour cream to cheese. Mix well until the mass is homogeneous. The cheese mass is not too thick and not too liquid.
ᅠ Cover a baking sheet (size 30 by 40 cm) with foil, pour the cheese mass into it, level it with a spatula. Send to the oven preheated to 180 ºC for 15-20 minutes. All ovens bake differently, so make sure that the cake does not burn and the egg seizes. ᅠ
ᅠ While the cheese cake is baking, fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown and mix with chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. ᅠ
ᅠCheese cake is ready, cool it slightly and remove from the foil. Spread the chicken over the cheese crust. ᅠ Wrap the cake with a tight roll. ᅠ
