Prepare millet for porridge with milk. To do this, sort it out and pour it into a bowl. Fill with hot water and rinse until it is completely clean, transparent.
Transfer the prepared millet for porridge to a saucepan with a capacity of about 1.5-2 liters. Pour hot drinking water, put on the stove and bring to a boil over high heat.
Remove foam from the surface of the water with a slotted spoon. Salt to taste. Cook over high heat until all the water has evaporated. The millet should remain fluffy and not overcooked.
Pour hot milk into a bowl with millet. Bring to a boil again and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then turn the heat down to minimum. Boil the porridge until thickened.
Add butter to millet porridge in milk and mix. Turn off the fire. Close the porridge with a lid and leave on a hot stove. After 10 minutes, arrange on portioned plates and serve. Bon Appetit!
