✅👌What is the most popular salad on the holiday table? Olivier, of course! Some will say "Herring under a fur coat" and maybe they will also be right... But, I'm still not about the popularity of these salads.
Today I want to offer you an alternative to the most popular salad "Olivier", which will not yield to it in terms of satiety.
✨But less "heavy" due to the lack of potatoes in the composition. Personally, I like this salad in this version!

📕 For cooking you will need: 🥙
Canned beans (in their own juice) - 100 g
Chicken fillet - 120-150 g
Carrots - 1 pc. (medium size)
Chicken eggs -2 pcs.
Pickled champignons - 100 g
Pickled cucumbers - 1-2 pcs.
Fresh cucumber - 0.5-1 pcs.
Onions - 0.5 pcs.
Mayonnaise - 4-5 tbsp. l.
Fresh dill - small bunch
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt to taste

Cook carrots, eggs and chicken in separate pans. To make the chicken fillet juicy, it must be cooled directly in the broth in which it was cooked. After boiling water, add a little salt and your favorite spices (optional).
In the meantime, there is time, we are engaged in other ingredients. Cut the cucumbers (both types) into cubes, as in Olivier. If the skin of fresh cucumbers is rough, it is best to peel it off. Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl as you cut them.
Remove the mushrooms from the marinade and cut them in the same way as cucumbers - into cubes. If the mushrooms are small, it is enough to cut them into 4-5 pieces.
Chop half a small onion as finely as possible.
Cool the hard-boiled eggs in cold water. Then we clean and cut into cubes.
We clean the boiled carrots, cut, like the previous ingredients.
Chop the completely cooled boiled chicken fillet into cubes.
Add the beans to the bowl to the chopped products, after draining the liquid from it and rinsing in water.
And now we prepare the salad dressing: mix mayonnaise, finely chopped dill and garlic squeezed through a press.
Stir - and the sauce is ready!
Transfer the sauce to the salad.
And mix.
Ready! You can decorate the salad at your discretion. I put a few whole mushrooms and a couple of dill sprigs on top. You can think of something more interesting for the festive table. The salad turns out to be very tasty and satisfying, but at the same time not "heavy".
