A colleague at work shared the recipe for this salad with me. I noticed that she does not go to a cafe during lunch, but eats food brought with her from the trays. She always looked fit and slender, and was always strict about food. Once she treated me to a salad, which she brought, since then, when I am hungry, I cook it, and I can eat a large plate knowing that nothing will linger anywhere.
For the salad we need:
- Celery stalks - 1 bunch
- Apple (green) - 1-2 pcs.
- Walnuts - 100 gr.
- Ground black pepper
- Sour cream and mayonnaise - 2/1
I mix sour cream with mayonnaise, because only on sour cream, it’s not very tasty for me, but I don’t put a lot of it. You can completely eliminate it by stopping exclusively for sour cream.
The cooking process will take you no more than 3-5 minutes.
First, take 4-5 celery stalks and cut them into small pieces (0.5 cm), but you don't need to grind them either.
I also cut the apple (I take sour apples, with sweet ones the taste of the salad is not the same) I also cut into rather large pieces.
I put the nuts and celery in a salad bowl, add walnuts there.
I mix sour cream with mayonnaise. I add a lot of black pepper. It is better to use peppers that you grind just before serving, because his taste is more piquant.
We fill the salad with dressing.
