Pasta casserole with champignons

Admin

I used to cook pasta casserole with bechamel sauce, but after trying this recipe, now I cook it the only way. A very quick and easy dish. Way to use leftover pasta.

Pasta casserole with champignons

Ingredients: Boiled pasta, Medium champignons, Onion, Meat, poultry, I have 200 grams of bacon, Sour cream 30% fat, Cheese, Salt, pepper

Cooking method:

Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain all the water.

Finely chop the onion. You can take any meat, finely chop it. I have already cooked with chicken, rabbit, minced meat, now I decided to cook with fresh bacon. Bacon cut into small pieces. The easiest way to cut bacon is with scissors. Fry the bacon along with the onion over low heat.

At this time, cut the mushrooms. I like it better when the pieces are large. Add mushrooms to bacon. Fry, stirring constantly until the onion is cooked.

Add sour cream. It is important that sour cream is fatty, 30% is desirable, but not less than 25%. Otherwise, during the cooking process, sour cream will delaminate. In addition, low-fat sour cream has a sour taste. Add salt, pepper. Simmer everything together for a couple of minutes.

Mix pasta with mushrooms and bacon. Mix everything well. Put in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake at 200 degrees until a beautiful ruddy color.
