If you need to prepare some snacks for the holiday table, try to make a roll of pita bread with different toppings. Preparing simple, fast and comes out quite inexpensive. And your guests will be satisfied!
Preparation:
Prepare rolls of pita bread is very simple. Take a thin Armenian lavash. You can use it to roll as a whole, and can be cut into 2 parts. A little trim the edges to achieve a more rectangular shape.
Now, put the stuffing. Here, everything is depends on your taste preferences, available products etc. Here are some options:
1. 7-8 processed cheeses (those sold in foil), grated, 1-2 cloves of garlic, a bunch of dill (all mixed)

3. Spread layers: cottage cheese, chopped dill, salted salmon, or any other red fish
4. Shredded cabbage (mashed with salt), herbs, crabsticks, canned corn, mayonnaise (all mix)
5. Spread layers: mayonnaise, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, radishes, greens
6. Spread layers: "Caesar" sauce, iceberg lettuce or cabbage, smoked chicken, tomatoes
We spread the filling, turn off roll and leave for an hour and a half to soak. Only then roll can be cut, decorate with greens and serve.
For cutting, use a sharp knife. Rolls are very fragile and easily fall apart.
